T12 Portable Soldering Iron & Tip – XT60 Connector DC Input

Potent soldering iron ideal for your field kit, or working at home powered from an  AC power supply.

T12 tips combine the heating element, temperature sensor, and tip into one component, providing far better heat transfer. This makes the iron significantly more effective, especially on large pads with 12 gauge and larger wire -battery leads, etc.

The heating element is able to immediately compensate for the temperature drop in the tip as the heat transfers to the solder joint. This also largely negates the need for larger tips, as the tip itself does not need to store as much heat to maintain temperature. Night and day difference compared to traditional irons with separate tips and heating elements. Iron heats up from cold, to melting solder in only a few seconds!

The stock K-type tip is great for general FPV soldering – fine tip, with broader blade for larger solder joints.
